Hands-on roles requiring equipment operation, certifications, or demonstrated experience. Candidates are expected to work independently with limited supervision.
Technically focused roles supporting equipment, processes, quality, or compliance. Requires deeper troubleshooting ability, documentation, or specialized training.
Advanced technical roles with leadership or cross-functional responsibility. Often responsible for mentoring, complex problem-solving, or critical systems.
Front-line leadership roles overseeing people, shifts, or daily operations. Accountability includes performance, safety, and execution of operational goals.
Senior operational leadership responsible for strategy, staffing, budgets, and overall performance. Typically manages managers or multiple functional areas.
