Hourly Positions: flat fee per hire —30 day guarantee

Supervisors & Shift Leads: 

15% of base salary —  60 day guarantee

Management: 20% of base salary  —  90 day guarantee

  • 20–24 hires   →  10% off

  • 1/3  — at search kick-off 
  • 1/3  — at offer acceptance

ENTRY LEVEL HOURLY

$1200

 High-volume, on-site roles focused on attendance, reliability, and basic task execution. Minimal technical requirements and short onboarding timelines. 

SKILLED HOURLY

$1500

 Hands-on roles requiring equipment operation, certifications, or demonstrated experience. Candidates are expected to work independently with limited supervision. 

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

$1800

 Technically focused roles supporting equipment, processes, quality, or compliance. Requires deeper troubleshooting ability, documentation, or specialized training. 


SENIOR TECHNICIAN

$2500

 Advanced technical roles with leadership or cross-functional responsibility. Often responsible for mentoring, complex problem-solving, or critical systems. 

SUPERVISORS

15%

 Front-line leadership roles overseeing people, shifts, or daily operations. Accountability includes performance, safety, and execution of operational goals. 

MANAGEMENT

20%

 Senior operational leadership responsible for strategy, staffing, budgets, and overall performance. Typically manages managers or multiple functional areas.
